This unique creation is so significant that it has been cataloged as Exhibit No. 128 in the prestigious Puratos Sourdough Library in Belgium, making it one of the few Asian starters to be preserved among the world’s finest artisan legacies. Customers can look forward to signature sourdough loaves ranging from the rustic Campaillou and savory Jalapeño & Cheese to the wholesome Wholemeal Date & Walnut. The lineup also introduces the region’s first Sourdoughnut, an American-style doughnut made with slow-fermented sourdough for a lighter, more complex flavor.
